Candidates submit their CVs either in response to open positions for specific projects we are working on, or simply to be included in our database for potential future opportunities and projects.
Each CV is assessed against the specific project requirement for which it is being considered, and assigned a ranking based on the candidate's suitability and likelihood of being included in the project team
For all candidates who are considered relevant and possess the required skills, an interview is conducted to gain a deeper understanding of their background, professional experience, interests, expectations, and availability to join the project
Once this phase has been successfully completed, we arrange a second interview involving our Partner/Client as well, allowing them to provide their assessment and helping to minimize any risk of underperformance during the project
If the outcome of this second interview is also positive, we onboard the candidate into our teams and formalize the engagement using the most appropriate contractual arrangement among the various engagement models available
In the final phase, the candidate is introduced to the team, supported throughout the onboarding process, and presented to all relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into their role and the successful commencement of project activities
